IIMS Contract Staffing Requirements

Under our DoD technical support contract for DISA's Integrated Information Management System (IIMS), we provide technical support to the Joint Staff Support Center (JSSC). JSSC is responsible for operation, systems maintenance, deployment, and direct customer support of information systems to satisfy the command, control and communication (C3) and analytical requirements of the Joint Staff, the National Command Authority, the unified and specified commands, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Requirements include support services for computer security analyses, operating systems software, data communications, database management and visual information systems. We provide installation, maintenance, upgrades, user support, and other related services to support users of the JSSC and the ADP resources it provides to its users.
